Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

The product should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Items bought on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for returns

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please visit our Online  store or contact our customer service team. Provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Returns can be processed via courier pickup for your convenience (note: courier pickup fees may apply unless otherwise specified).

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size, color, or a different product of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.
If the exchange value is lower, the difference will be refunded to your bank account

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method 

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised items or items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing parts will not be accepted for return.
